Alan Menken wrote the song "Compass of Your Heart", which was composed especially for this ride.
This is how we know Sheila in Europe, she is Sindbad's side kick and she is actually an enchanted princess. In Japan it is Chandu, a young tiger.
The storyline was also lightened up a bit, as the original 2001 version was much darker and at times scary for young children.
The Dark Ride opened in 2007, and Designed by: Walt Disney Imagineering.
