'WaterWorld: A Live Sea War Spectacular' is a stunt show in 'Universal Studios Hollywood' the United States, and in 'Universal Studios Singapore', 'Universal Studios Japan' and 'Universal Studios Beijing', based on the 1995 film 'WaterWorld'.
The stunt show is Directed by; 'Gary Thompson' is best known for the Water-Ski shows, but also for the Walibi Flevo, the Netherlands, Water-ski show, and 'Kings Solomons Mines' stunt show Walibi Flevo / Six Flags Holland.
'WaterWorld' is a 1995 American post-apocalyptic action film directed by Kevin Reynolds and co-written by Peter Rader and David Twohy. It was based on Rader's original 1986 screenplay and stars Kevin Costner, who also produced it with Charles Gordon and John Davis. It was distributed by Universal Pictures.
The show opened when the movie came out. Although the movie was seen as a flop, this stunt show was seen as a huge success.
The show is a small portion of the movie, with many special effects, including the landing of the seaplane. Since 2006, the actors introduce themselves at the end of the show.
Before 'Waterworld' came out with the show, there was another stunt show in the theater called 'The A-Team Live Stunt Show.'
