Aquanura is a fountain spectacle and was officially opened on May 31, 2012. Aquanura is based on shows at the 'Bellagio' resort in Las Vegas, the 'The Dubai Fountain' and the 'World of Color' at Disney California Adventure Park, and was developed by Water Entertainment Technologies (WET) Update: World of Color was developed and built by WDI (Walt Disney Imagineering) itself. WET was involved in the development but due to a conflict it was built by Disney itself.
Aquanura was opened for about 800 press people and guests and 2000 employees of Efteling via a gala evening. The show was presented by Chairman of the Board Bart de Boer.
There are four different versions of the Aquanura show, so you have; First Efteling Symphony, Second Efteling Symphony, Tiësto(nura), and Aquanura with a soft G. (Guus Meeuwis, Dutch Singer)
Aquanura has a total of 200 fountains, which are divided into 9 types. Each species has its own scope and special effect.
In addition to a large number of fountains, 4 large frogs support the show. Just like the variants in the Fairytale Forest, the frogs spray water. One frog wears a crown, as the fairytale also tells. In addition to the 900 lamps in the pond, the show is supported by 29 light and audio masts around the pond. At the top of these masts, at a height of 7.5 meters, there are Moving heads that visually assist the show.
𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭...The bangs are caused by compressed air that is released? They use compressed air to blast the water out at high speed. Such a shooter probably works with two compartments that have to be filled after every bang: water and compressed air.
When the water is completely pushed out of the shooter, the compressed air is still under pressure. When the water no longer forms a layer between the air under pressure and the outside air, then you expand air under pressure very quickly and that gives that blow.
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐨...The fountain installation is so well put together that they can plug in many places, even online, and adjust the show.
